On September 6, 2024, Mingdi Toys was recognized as an Engineering Technology Research Center. Up to now, we have obtained 27 patents, each of which is a powerful testament to our R&D capability. Precision Manufacturing
Precision Mold Workshop
High-Quality Mold Manufacturing, Grasping the Soul of Building Block Parts. The CNC Precision Machining Center is equipped with high-precision series equipment from the Swiss GF AgieCharmilles Group, including Precision CNC Slow-Wire EDM Machines, Precision CNC EDM Sinking Machines and Precision CNC High-Speed Engraving Centers. Mold precision is within 0.005mm.
Automatic Injection Molding Workshop
Adopting modified materials from well-known domestic brands for production, ensuring product stability and endowing products with an excellent touch experience. The injection molding workshop has 350 sets of international brand all-electric precision injection molding machines, equipped with an automatic central water and material supply system, and adopts standardized injection molding processes to realize flexible production.
Accurate Subpackage System
Independently developed intelligent packaging systems and visual automatic identification systems to achieve dual inspection and accurate subpackaging, minimizing the error rate. It handles more than 30 million building block particles for subpackaging every day.
Efficient Intelligent Warehouse
The use of intelligent robots enables automatic warehousing. The daily throughput reaches 100 million particles, and the full-warehouse storage capacity is billions of building block parts. The Part Intelligent Warehouse uses an intelligent warehousing system to accurately realize the packaging of engineering version parts and the precise configuration of after-sales parts.
